@walesyddraiggoch it's true. I have never seen a dam curved like this always the other way. A dam curved like this doesn't make sense if you think about it. Well, the engineers probably had their reasons.

Alot of people say, that the dam is built the wrong way round and if it was curved in the otherway their would be alot less pressure on it when flooding. I don't know whether its true or not.

This is a stunning video of clywedog spilling over. My dad had a hand in building this dam so it has a place in my heart. Brilliant!!!
