damn that's sick. That's coming from a 5’6 pg who do windmills and double pump dunks. I used the training program at - snipurl[dot]com/nbatraining - and gained over 13 inches on my leap. Being able to finish my dunk is the least thing I have to worry about in basketball now, haha.
