I agree with you about the reasonable suspicion because of his attitude. I found his video laughable. The border patrol doesnt even carry tazers. FYI they are agents not officers. His other videos as well, the discrepancies in his story and his lies are very easy to pick out

I'm a strong Republican, but I completely agree with you about this. Part of what makes this country so great is our constitutional freedoms, like the ones backed up in the basic bill of rights. I didn't even know a law like this existed before I watched your vid, so thanks for informing me.

First of all the border patrol doesnt need PC to secondary a vehicle. They need mere suspicion for immigration violations and reasonable suspicion for any other criminal activity. The checkpoints are suspicionless immigration checks, that means you have to satisfy the agents as to your legal right to be in this country. U are right about the border search exception but there are others as well (readily mobile conveyance).

It seems it's the Border Search Exception Steve had the most trouble with. It allowed officers to pull him over and ask him some simple questions, and the guy's belligerent attitude right out of the gate certainly provides reasonable suspicion for a search after that.
