This is a local version of the NBC fall campaign spot. NBC made it easy, the local station could just drop in shots wherever they wanted. By '95 networks weren't spending a lot of money on fall themes like they did in the late 70's-early 90's. This was made up almost completely of show clips. BTW, NBC joked that year that the competition was "Musty TV" (CBS' shows that were aimed at older audiences) and "Micky TV" (ABC had just been bought by Disney)/
