Your Wrong, you dont need rupture anymore since there will be a bleed effect from a warrior/feral druid, Watev that puts a bleed on the target, if You do not have anyone to put a bleed on the target it is a fail group becuz your DPS Increases by 2k if you dont waste the 25 energy every time on Rupture and tryin to keep it up.

Well, if you do not have a warrior or a feral druid, it is still required for HFB. It also causes more damage over time than a single mutilate hit.

if u don't have a warr or feral drood in group the groups sucks.. and envenom is more dmg than rupture dude

51/18/2 Only rupture if you have no one else that can put up a bleed effect.
