And there is no problem get em thogether now. But half of teachers would lose their jobs. So they rather have two schools and double number of theachers then one school..

This is only in few towns in Bosnia with this apart schools. Because that few towns like Stolac in war were divided and they were in conflict. There is no dividing schools in Sarajevo, Tuzla, Bihać, Banja Luka and other major and big places in Bosnia.
