This is one of the Pleasanton, Tx scenes of the movie The Sugarland Express. Apparently the crew shows up to get a bite to eat, while Capt. Tanner attempts to end the chase here. But there are a few things going against them, and decides not to take action. This is the 2nd half of the video.
