Yes it is a flaw its annoying to hear them repeat themselves about 20 times and saying things that have nothing to do with what you just did. A training program is supposed to motivate you not put you to sleep. The game was alright and is worth a used purchase (if you have a kinect already I wouldn't buy one solely for this game.) but the only thing it motivated me to do was pop the disc out.

This game is flawed because the trainer isn't entertaining people? Move your ass and motivate your damn self. If you need someone to constantly yell in your ear, go to the gym and hire a personal trainer.
