This is a great depiction of the Indian culture and political history. Hopefully the Indian people, and government will have learnt from this, and ensure that no other country would invade their country and overthrow them. Countries to watch out are Pakistan and China.

Wtf...this dick head is saying in this video total rubbish "India was more prosperous and wealthy country before these uncivilized and practically worthless and homeless barbarian Muslims and british came to India". These dickheads tried to destroy Indian culture by putting their name tags on Indian monuments. Ppl now think made by Mughals but actually they were Hindu temples modified into Muslim monuments but if u look closely u will still find debris of Hindu temples take name any Mughals mon

@asdfuogh yeah the british tricked us.. coz at tat time.. ppl wer ignorant and sticked to their religious fundamentalism..

@lakshmipriyan3 I'm not sure that Christian converts played much of a role in the divisiveness between Indians and Muslims. I think you're right about the British manipulating both sides against each other, but there's also the history behind both religions (the mass murderer, Mahmoud or something?, etc.). I mean, yes the British did manipulate India, but as the Chinese saying goes, can't make a cow bend down if it doesn't wanna drink water.

@tictac82 coz its not easy 2 destroy such a well developed civilization by a group of herdsmen.Note tat indus ppl worshipped 'lingam' which means hinduism was not borrowed from aryans.Medival period mughals invaded india n tats how muslims cam 2 india.. both hindus n muslims lived happily together in india except for aurangazeb's period. then came britishers inorder get hold of india they convinced some ppl n converted them 2 christians.. and played a major part in partitioning hindus n muslims
btw Pakistanis always belonged to their region. The region of Pakistan is majority Muslim for over a thousand years. Only 7% of Pakistanis today are those (and their descendents) who migrated from India after partition. Today Mohenjo-Daro, Harappa, Mehrgarh of the Indus Valley Civilization are in Pakistan and the people living around these archaeological excavations are Pakistanis.

i don't think there had been majority of muslims over thousand years in pakistani region..thy were convertd forcefuly many hundred yrs ago tht's a diffrent story..and there had been vast majority of hindus living in that region also just bfore pakistan was created.

Well for hundreds of years the region of Pakistan has been majority Muslim region, and theres no proof anyone was forcefully converted. Theres also more than 150 million Muslims living in India today, were all their ancestors also forcefully converted?
Before partition the region of Pakistan was more than 80% Muslim population 20% Hindus/Siks/Christians but that percentage included East Pakistan too which is now Bangladesh (that always had a larger Hindu population than West Pakistan).
tictac82 2 years ago
i don't know about percentage before the partition..but the thing is ppl were forcefuly converted..in mughal empire..hindu had to pay tax and were not suposed to celebrate hindu festivals..no hindu were on high post..and there were distruction of hindu monuments everywhere..
