Plot: After the events of "The Gunslinger" Roland finds himself on a beach and on this beach there are three doors, each leading into our world in different time periods. Now he must bring people from our world into his world to join him on his quest for The Dark Tower.

Personally, I think there are enough Westerns. What I loved about Drawing of the Three (and The Dark Tower in general) was the culture clash and the realistic reactions to it (and to the magic). The gun-fight scene (ends in Roland dying while possessing the body of the Pusher) alone would make it worth the adaptation.
