Rock's freestyle is defniitely off the top... and very few rappers can rap sick off the top... and it definitely sucked! (but to be honest you can't even hear the beat)
Rock even said it himself, any day, the best rapper in the world can world can wake up and sound like garbage off the top. On the reals though, Rock is one of the illest for sure... and if anyone doesn't think this was off the top you definitely need to educate yourselves to some Boot Camp
