@jeepster055 What are you talking about?? why does it always have to be about leadership. kids will be kids and they will joke around. Just becuase you joke around doesn't mean you lack leadership. In fact I much rather fallow a leader that can joke around at times like this and then lock up when its time to be serious. I have not respect for someone who is serious all the time and will not come down off their high horse.

I graduated from The Citadel and we did the same thing. It was some of the most fun I had during my time at The Citadel.

When it was over, that's when the camaraderie really sank in. Even though we were knobs and they were seniors.

When you have an opportunity to command your third unit in combat, I will let you call me a name, unitl then, just shut up. I will be down at VMI this summer to observe a parade with some alumni (who are on VMI's board). One was one of my company commanders who lives in Lexington and I served in Iraq with last tour, man up and I will come have a conversation with you and discuss ignorance and leadership and we can compare qualifications to judge

Great name calling, that is a great way to start a conversation.. My most recent school was a little school called CGSC. They seem to have some experence with leadership training, maybe you have heard of it? As seniors at a senior miltiary college I beleive they are considered leaders. As a senior field grade I would releive any of my Junior Officers or NCO's who treated any soldier like this.
