I dont understand the constant bickering over women preachers? If a woman carried the word for 9 months surely a woman can do it for 1 hour.... just my thoughts.... and the first people told to go spread the gospel was women.. the men were not at the tomb on the 3rd day... @VSMOnline What an idiot... to Prophecy is to tell people the Besorah (the Good News) according to the everlasting covenant. NOT to lead a congregation. ! Corinthians 14:32-38 and 1 Timothy 2:8-15 clearly makes it set in stone that women CANNOT lead a congregation!! Show me scripture that will make those two passages un-true!! Our Heavenly Father DOES NOT CHANGE says Malachi 3:6. You are calling HIM a liar if you say that 1 Cor 14:32-38 and 1 Tim 2:8-15 means nothing..... Don't be Ignorant!!

@TheChaseair when paul said that, he was saying that meaning that it was his preference, or to his liking that a woman not preach. But he never said that was law. Remember Miriam, Deborah, Hulda and those women were prophetess'. Even the woman with the alabaster box preached and didn't even say a word...

@TheChaseair That was Paul who said that. And even though Paul was an apostle and church father, he was not the Heavenly Father, nor was he Jesus Christ, nor was he perfect. If he was, he and Peter woul d never have gotten into arguments, and he would've never disobeyed God (read it for yourself). He was an arrogant and opinionated man. As much as we should respect and honor Paul for his contributions to the bible, we should not hold his *suggestions* up as the "word of God."
