@lego720 I guess its over your head. If you are going to boast and brag how great cat sailing is, how 'graphic' it is, compared to the guy in the monohull, then when you flash THIS IS SAILING, you should at least be able to control your boat, and sail it well.

geese man, if you are going to boast how great cat sailing is, learn to sail first. Best speed is obtained when the windward hull just barely skims the water. When you are 4 feet in the air, all you are doing is spilling the wind and plowing the water. Flying a hull and trapping out is fun, we get it, but you can trap out on a monohull too and list the boat 45 degrees, who do you think invented the trap harness, Hobie Altier? Wrong! Ive owned an H16 for 10 years, and this video is embarassing.

You dont have to be in a sailing club just to sail. It is totally legit to not support organizations like USA sailing that do their best to ruin multihull sailing.
Granted, the sails could be trimmed better but maybe the skipper wanted to fly his hull high. He isn't racing, so why not?

Where did you learn how to trim a sale? Aren't you supposed to be in a sailing club? Your mast is raked incorrectly as well. It's too far back, that's why you're putting while flying the hull so high.
