"CBS News Exclusive:" Katie Couric speaks with Gen. Ray Odierno, commander of U.S. forces in Iraq, about exit strategies for American troops to eventually leave the region.
Also, the whole Obama talk is pointless. He is a person who is willing to try new things to change how this country is ripping itself apart. Maybe the tact he is taking is a bit hard to swallow. But doing anything is often times better than doing nothing. I'd rather not see this country continue in it's downward spiral. It's like a quote that I heard years ago. "why are we in this handbasket? And where are we going?"
I think that most who post comments on this video are taking too much in from the news and all types of media. Scaring people sells better than most anything in the world.
She asked specific questions trying to get the Gen to elaborate on them. But as anyone in the military knows, there are certain ways to answer, and certain rules to adhere to. Reporters typically try to get someone to slip something that they aren't supposed to.
Katie asked most of the right questions but I think Gen. Odierno is wrong I've read that the Iraqi gov is arresting torturing, and sometimes killing these sons of Iraq who have been helping us us much. It's the Shia gov that is "marking their calanders" so they can dominate over the Sunnis, and take revenge when we leave.
@Nausty17 You poor sheeple, your soldiers will burn in hell for eternity for what they did in Iraq. I am Turkish by the way!

FYI, I don't think our president's first name is Osama.
You might want to check your facts on things like that; otherwise, you come off looking rather foolish!
