Thanks I would be grateful, I'm an Italian collector and I have with me a lot of guitars that I use as a perfect copy, but I found it very useful to your creations I have already built your machine to the shape of the neck, if You send the PDF of neck, I can compare it with my measurements and then you can tell, maybe we exchange information.

Sorry but I don't have any drawings for this jig. I use autocad to get the radius and measured out the rest by pencil and rule.
I can get you a pdf of the neck drawing and you can use that to print off 1:1 scale.

I am going to start my second guitar project now during the winter.. at least the wood-work.
I will probably not be able to purchase hardware and stuff til' the summer.

How did you arrive at the dimensions for the channel? Most specifically the radius of 147inches and the location for the center of that radius?

Hi there,
I used Ed Hawley's CAD drawing which is where I got the positioning and raius dimension. It sure helped to make these jigs having Autocad.
