It was time for some barbell complexes for full body conditioning, inspired by Joe DeFranco's e book, 'Built Like a Bad Ass'.

  • @ZEvenEsh Really.. no skills? Dont teach people form thats gonna lead them to an injury. get off of youtube and starting practicing the easy "skill" of the clean.

  • wats with all the tards? its a complex exercise by the looks of it for conditioning probably for grappling, hes doing nothing wrong here.

  • He's not training for traditional bodybuilding hypertrophy, he's working for strength and power. Zach's main clients (as far as I can tell) are grapplers, of the wrestling breed, therefore the biceps need to be trained extensively. Wrestling is one of few sports that actually requires big, strong, explosive biceps, particularly the biceps brachii and bicep brachialis. To train them without targeting hypertrophy, he powercleans his curls, known as cheat curls.

  • forget your curl and tricep shit, go into front squats, push press, back squats, good mornings
