  • Thanks! It's a great workout that can be done 4-5 times a week for best results. It will burn calories and firm the belly, but to burn fat and see total body results you need to eat well, not more than you burn off in a day, and do more exercise--45-60 minutes of strong yoga 4-5 times a week will do it.   • you shouldnt hold the back of your head, if u wanna put your hans there i suggest just keeping your hands next to your head on you ear, not holding em but just there

  • There's nothing anatomically wrong with holding your head. You do need some support for the 12 pound weight that's your skull, so your neck and back don't strain. Just don't yank it forward, chin to chest, but let your head rest in your palms or fingertips, with a natural neck curve. You'll be fine!

  • Hello Sadie, I just wanted to greatly thank you for sharing your fantastic workout. I had my daughter in 2008 and did a lot of cardio to slim down to my regular size. The only thing that took me longer were my abs until I came across your workout. I researched and tried many ab exercises but yours is by far the best - love my flat abs!   • Great video sadie, although this was tough to start with! I find it tricky keeping pace on the inhales and exhales but I think I f i learn the routine well i can do things at my own pace, or is there a particular rhythm to keep to for best results?
