  • That may be a possibility, I have placed plants around shallow margins to help with that. A cat certainly could be considered a predator,however the risk exists during the day as well. Keep the cat well fed....thanx for the comment...JOE...

  • I have 2 with white blotchs on their backs but has not spread anywhere in years. Looks like a scab, crusty & white. Are these just weird markings. They eat like crazy & seem very happy & marks never get any worse. Only 2 fish out of 16 with condition.

  • Very good observation you are the first congrats,the tancho had been in treatment before that video and returned to med tank shortly after,Thankfully he has been released to population again and is doing quite well,will keep an eye on him,will check your videos as soon as i am done here,thanx always for the view and the heads up on the tancho....JOE

  • I have a light in my pond but I wonder if it doesn't make my poor fish even more vulnerable to the cat who can't be kept away?
