Plug a car computer into the CAN bus and you have, an extra graphics display and a talking car.
Now, enable spoken commands in the sound system, select the labels you may like, and do the same thing, with absolutely nothing added.
Yes, the stock car can talk, even saying stupid stuff like "A door is ajar", it is but a menu option.
