New C.Viper setup

I've first seen the HJ short setup from Latif. I was messing around with it and found a burn kick where you have to auto correct the ultra motion to get it out. The stuff at the end is just for display.

It isn't unfair clearly you haven't try even doing this. It doesn't happen over it night takes months of getting use to timing and if you fuck up its pretty much over.

that is what u call "unfair" ; one cannot deal 50% damage on hitconfirming or weird crossup , and no meter burning , no matter how difficult can execution be , that stuff should be immediately damage-scaled just as guile u2 juggle is

That HJ short setup has been known for awhile and theirs a bunch of variations of it, I abused it in vanilla when I 1st picked Viper up since I mained Sakura & it reminded me of her resets.

Claiming he stole it from this eric v is a stupid claim, the setup doesn't belong to him.
