  • AWESOME shooting Surf. The trades were blowing that day! Probably would have done even better on a less windy day. Keep it up.

  • @gtfour43

Thanks! Both rifles performed very very well! The good thing about the winds is that it makes you a better shooter. :)

  • Much respect Surf. Aloha, J.

  • @TheHomeDefender

    Mahalo's bruddah!

  • Good Shooting Surf!

Especially with the EoTech. Heck I can barely see a 1" black dot without magnification.

    Getting old I guess.

  • @SirKnightErrant

I hear you. My eyes aren't what they used to be. :(

  • @boxdoutfoot

Thanks for watching. I just might do a video on my set ups and preferences in a rifle!

  • Very much enjoyed the video, looks like a couple of great rifles. If you have the time i would very much like to see these guns close up in a video and hearing you thoughts on the build. And thanks for posting the specs in the info section

  • @nickdrak

Hey thanks Nick! I am really looking forward to testing out more loads. I will also pop some glass on this rifle and see what it can do!

  • Great shooting Surf! Especially impressive with the Eotech (non-magnified). Throw a scope on that 5.56 bad-boy to see if the 55gr group size is consistent with what mine is doing. All of the heavier (69-75gr) "match" loads I tried were .223 pressure loads. The 55gr loads I have tried so far have all been 5.56 pressure and mine really seems to like the 5.56 pressure over the .223 @ 100yds. Im gonna mess around with different 5.56 pressure factory loads from 55-77gr to try to narrow it down.
