This is my video I made for the Dodge College of Film and Media Arts at Chapman University
PROMPT: Create a self-introductory video no more than two minutes in length. Your video should visually highlight something about yourself, your personality, your interests, etc. that is not related to film. The only rule is that you may NOT appear in the video in any way (including any photographs of yourself), so be creative.
I didn't have time to make a video, so I just used pictures I found on Google, Flicker, and various Forums.
I was accepted into Chapman's film school.

I am applying right now. I have a 3.33 accumulative. Did you happen to get in? I feel like my video is going to be really really strong, but my grades just aren't really there.

I choose to go to UCLA and i wasn't a huge fan of the program...i just didnt have a really good feeling about it. I mean the facility is really nice, but I just didn't really think it was for me

@Bangladesh92 eh w/e. I worked with what I had. And I got into the program. Just choose to go to UCLA instead

WOW. i am applying and i think i have a good video so far but my g.p.a is only around a 3.4. Do i even have a chance? (based on your knowledge). In other words how much do u think the video essay/essay r worth.

well if you're on a 4.0 scale that's not that bad of a gpa. so ya i think you've got a shot. It's not that hard to get into the school itself...but for the film program they usually emphasize creativity and your personal voice which is basically your video and writings.

i'm guessing you're applying? I was accepted but decided not to go. And as for gpa it's ok I don't mind...my school was on a 5.0 scale...but I was around 4.5, maybe not senior year but around that
