1: go to www.zamzar.com (we will use this website to extract the audio from this video)

2: under zamzar's "step 1" click on ur; and then copy and paste the url from this video into the blank

3: under zamzar's "step 2" scroll down to mp3

4: then type in your email address and press the convert button in step 4 (if a window pops up after you press convert, click on the ok button.)

5: you should receive an email within the next 5 minutes after pressing convert

6: in the email you should find something that says "Alternatively click on the following link to download a copy of your converted file:...(and then a url)" - click on the url

7:a new zamzar window should pop up on your web browser, click the green button on that page and the file should load and you will be able to get it onto your itunes
