Biking at Work

Biking the Art Department Trail at Showcase Publications Park. The area lighting was good despite the ride taking place at about 3:00 AM (deadline night). The trail is a loop approximately 50 ft. long and forming a figure-eight. It includes two barely negotiable hairpin turns. The trail floor is level and very compact, so I chose to ride semi-slick tires on a Cannondale Killer V, rigid. The video also catches some glimpses of the local wildlife. These strange creatures seem to survive on very little sleep, with coffee and donuts being the staples of their diet. They have aquired the distinctly human trait of cigarette smoking, and must do so for 10-15 min. every hour. The local community effort aimed at sustaining this creature's existence, unfortunately, receives very little funding.
