I improvised this song a few days back and I'm hoping to actually write it out. So for now just a video of me playing on my synthesizer with synth violin sounds. I apologize for the bad sound quality, I'm using a webcam. This was recorded at 2:40 PM.

  • hmm nice piano

    and wii

  • Haha. I haven't played with my synthesizer in so long. It makes me want to go back and play it again. I've been adding more to this lately. Of course I wish I had it all written down. ): And I never knew I had the Wii at that time. XD'

  • The only video for a Yamaha S08 that I can find (the other one says S08, but it's an MO8). Could you play more sounds, please, ie Piano, Spanish Guitar, Piano with string pad, typical synth etc. Does it have 16 track recorder? Can you use it as an arranger / workstation? I know, lots of questions, but I've always liked this 88 key synth(on paper)but I don't know it. Workstation or Synth? That'sthe question. Thanks for yr time!

    I have a DGX 620, and I love it!!!!

  • Hey, thanks! I'll go ahead and e-mail you for the information.

  • Woooaaahhh! That sounds awesome! I would totally download that if it were a full song.

  • I have a Yamaha S08 too and yes, you're right, if you're looking for a more workstation-oriented synth in the Signature (S) series, that's the S90ES, S08 is awesome too, but for lead sounds i prefer to use a Korg Triton Pro X.

  • Thanks for the info. The Yamaha S08 (S03) (S80) I think are more synth types and the Yamaha Motif / PSR 1500 / PSR 3000 / Tyros series are more work station types. The new S90 is more of a workstation I believe as well. All of them are great. The DGX/YPG series are great - especially the 620/625 - weighted keys etc.

Keep up the songs, and maybe one day I'll put something down as well.

  • ... :O

  • HOSHI- You told me that your synth didn't have realistic sounds! Liar. :P

    It's beautiful, Blue. :D
