The S.A.S are some of the best trained soldiers in the world, as well as being highly courageous, thus their motto; 'He who dares Wins' - I wouldn't doubt American special forces though for a second, although being British myself i prefer the S.A.S, and they've been in operation much longer than our American Allies Special Forces. (S.E.A.L.S, Rangers).

@fkngtwat depends on the reg mate they all get trained if a need arise but each reg has its speciality
The 22nd Special Air Service (SAS) of the British Army is regarded as one of, if not the best special forces and counter terrorist (CT) units in the world. They have been part of every major British conflict since World War Two, including the Falklands War and Gulf War 1 & 2.
