Switchblade Symphony-Rain

I just want more people to listen to it. Cool track form there Scarp Book EP and I put this up because I coundn't find a video with this track on.

In there own way they are a gem, they are to me and they should be to you too.

Scrap Book EP came out in 1997 which has about 7 tracks on.

You do not understand how copyrights work. You're don't get sued because you are trying to copyright something that is already copywritten or for "stealing" something. You are sued because you DISTRIBUTE something that is already copywritten - like uploading a video or song to YouTube for example.

@kingdiamondsbodega Yes that is a mistake on my part, but to be fair when I put this up in 2009 I did not really know anything about copyright. I do now and I was not going to go to each video I made just to change it. Each one will mention copyright and I don't have the time to remove it.

Switchblade is awesome. I feel fortunate to have seen this band a few times while they were around. One headliner show, once opening for Gary Numan, and once opening for Front Line. I wish they would get together for one more tour.

@fizzlejibbs Yes there were, sometimes I wish there would come back for one tour, I want to see them live, I heard they are different to most bands back when they were together.

@Royzooka Don't bother. Saying its copyrighted on the video doesn't matter. You are still uploading the video without the owner's permission. But realistically no one is going to sue you because YouTube is required to filter copyright infringing content. Worst case scenario, YouTube will delete it and possibly cancel your account.

AH HA! This was the song I remember listening to! I lost my whole music collection and a friend of mine recently brought up Switchblade Symphony and I couldn't remember the song I used to like by them. xD
