@burkinaflash i see... well in england we would have to be wearing more helth and safty equipment than the size of the bike.. :)

@tobzere14 I live in Belgium right now, and it's the same here. I don't think it's the government's place to impose safety gear on its people (helmets, seatbelts and so forth). Children under the age of 16 is a different story, but once you hit that age you need to learn to make decisions for yourself.
