This is the beautiful song by Bill Evans - wonderfully chromatic, modulating in and out of half a dozen unrelated keys - B,C,Db,D,Eb. It is a waltz, but I played it very freely and simply, just once through, and sticking fairly close to the original melody. Lots of annotations have been added for piano players who may be interested.
