The forth webdocumentary about the making of Threads of Destiny.

Threads of Destiny is a fan-made feature film based in the Star Wars Universe. After a well developed script was conceived through various drafts by four different writers, filming began in 2005. The director, actors, and the rest of the shooting team all live in Sweden, so the whole film was filmed in Stockholm-- but all in English dialogue.

Right now people all around the world are still working on getting all the CGI done, and the film is expected to be released in 2012. In the meantime, we will post teasers, trailers, pictures, and videos from the production of the film on the web.

  • @ThreadsOfDestiny you guys are doing a kickass job at this film; i can't wait to see it; i was wondering if you guys could help me out/ give me some advise.... cause me and my best friend are making our own film, set 40 years before episode I..... we need people like compositor's, rotoscoping artist's, CGI artist's, and matte artist's etc. So could you guys help out, by giving me some advise on what to do/ or where to look for these people?

  • I've been following the progress of ToD on here for over a year now and will continue to do so until it's out. I'm working on a much smaller scale Star Wars fan film but we've had to push back our "scheduled release" three or four times now as well- mostly due to post production. Please know that you're not alone. I am very much looking forward to seeing Threads of Destiny.

  • @tpiom Hahaha, I'm still working on it! lol Just got a whole new batch of shots ;)

  • great uk ambassider :P

  • Ha, the last guy is the only one who's still working on it :D

But jokes aside.. this looks very good indeed. I remember when I saw the first teaser - and it has come a long way since then.
