Bo-Jutsu

Master Isidro presents us with a complete project on the Bo, the long staff from the Japanese martial tradition characterized by fast, fluid, potent and efficient handling. This video, divided into 4 sections, shows us the basic technique and the katas, which will help students to develop their skills and control of the weapon, Ukemi Waza (falls) work, and finally, the technical application. With the Bo we will do, in defensive action against Uke's attacks, the same techniques that we developed in empty hands defense, like Ikkyo, Sankyo, Shionage, etc. An authentic demonstration of looseness and power that makes the Bo a truly superb weapon.
