NHL rookie goaltender Jacob Markström of the Florida Panthers during the pre-game warm-up / practice at ScotiaBank Place in Ottawa on October 27, 2011 (Panthers @ Senators 10/27/11). The native of Gavle, Sweden (Sverige), was selected 31st overall in the 2nd round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft by the Florida Panthers. Markstrom played for the Brynäs IF senior team in the Swedish hockey league from 2007-08 to 2009-10. In 2009, Markstrom was placed on the Swedish World Juniors team and led all goalies with a .946 save percentage and finished second with a 1.61 GAA. He looks like a good one!

  • The guy just can't catch a puck. It's all a big swinging hip movement with him. Most scouts see his size as a plus, so far I see it as a negative.

  • @ilovetheflip He is! The pucks decide what dancemoves he does :)

  • how big is that chest pad?

  • kesha-blow cirkut remix

  • 0:10 song? ive heard it but what version is that?? please!

  • @92upinsmoke He's the next best goalie in the NHL

  • markstrom is a beast

  • @icebrickwall doesn't matter. The highest pad size is 38 (or 39)

  • @TomCruiseParamount So do you think its alright for Chara to have a longer stick then everyone else?
