This is unfair,the ones that bought the ps3 or xbox version of GTA IV have a few clothings,and we can't put mods on the multiplayer and things like that,and the PC players,mos of em have downloaded free on the internet and rockstar gaves em mods and stuff.I think that it will be cool that rockstar puts stuff for this game in the ps store and the store of the xbox!

@yourselfagain1 Find that page and link me to it, because I'm sure there's something wrong with your fact checking there. In any event, even if Rockstar was offering mods, they would never add multiplayer mods or mods like this that unlock all the clothing because it's technically cheating.

@jmarr100 that´s not right dude,i read at the rockstar´s official website,(time ago) that the new mods will be available soon,downloadable at the page,so they provide some!

and yap,would be difficult to import em to consoles but in a DLC could be possible

@yourselfagain1 Rockstar did not "give us mods and stuff". All mods are created by the community, specifically designed to modify the PC game's files. It would be impossible to import them to consoles.
