  • Schaeffer, for the most part, is correct when he says the Republican party no longer represents Conservatism anymore and has become a religious cult in itself. During college at UOP I too was a right wing Republican thinking America could do no wrong. Now those with discernment can see that both Democrats and Republicans are controled by the same global elite with the same basic agenda thus creating a false left/right paradigmn. If you vote don't be loyal to your party. Be loyal to Jesus.

  • @ruthiebrand1 Hes Eastern Orthodox

  • Hitchens was wrong. He's now DEAD!

  • What this twerp is saying is that he knows more that the bible and God.

  • In my humble opinion he's simply making a case against extremism in any shape, form or fashion when it is directed against others that don't follow their beliefs. Some extremism is a personal thing. Teenagers love to be extreme in their ways, take the X games. But it's not the X games with some wild young skateboarder saying those that don't believe and skate like us are wrong to not skate. So I think it's pretty fair the way describes his argument and I guess his book which I haven't read yet.

  • @Entropy56 The Tea Party is about freedom? LOL that's the funniest thing I've heard in years!!!

  • I don't get it. Isn't atheism a lack of belief in a god? Why does he refer to it as some sort of religion? Its just a word that says you don't believe in a god like theism says you believe in a god.

  • @danger0usknowledge I like that "Tea Birchers" genius! It will now be passed on...

  • oh, I think I get it. there is nothing more dangerous than someone who thinks they understand something.

Let evolution into your heart, and realize all the secular reasons for forgiveness, like reduced heart rate, blood pressure, muscle tension, and increased dick size.....................You're going to need it!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I thought Schaeffer looked like Fred Phelps for a second O.O
