This video features the exercise groups biceps, core, traps, and cardio. The biceps exercises are tough throughout the workout while the core movements come on very strong at end of workout.

  • only thing with the high pull work out is just try not to break your wrist(as in twist) but the guy did it very well

  • This is a killer work out. Im still blown away on this stuff. I Thought i knew how to work out. Wow i was wrong. This stuff is great
