17 yo and 155# he tries for a personal best of 270 lbs. on the bench press. Then does 3 reps of 225#.

  • Josh, awesome bod dude. You must work hard quite a bit. Keep it up just please don't juice and get sooo big. You look good right now. Just curious how old is this guy anyone know??

  • Jush is 19 years old now. He does not want to do any more work out vids. I don't know why, but I am trying to talk him into doing one more. I think it is a lost cause though. He still works out 4 or 5 times a week and does not use any enhancers at all.

  • The first try was with 275. He didn't make it. we then put 225# on the bar and het made it. This is a long time ago and I would have to look at the video again to be sure, but after seeing it over and over while editing it I really don't want to see it again. Look at his other vids to see how he has done.

  • mad matt i want to see the video this kid did good + im 17 6'2 175 and max out at 315 how tall and whats ur weight. i want 2 see that

  • Josh us 5'7" tall and weighs 155# right now but it varies a few pounds one way or the other.

  • yeah, it isnt bench, it's decline. the bench is tilted down which makes it a whole hell of a lot easier

  • this kid is strong but one main reason why sucha skinny kid is benching so much is bc this bench is slightly declined..take a look ull notice

  • not to be negative. but how is that 270 if there are 2 45 and 2 10s on each side. it would come up to 265. close thought. Also i was just wondering if ur taking anything for lifting?

  • Your chest is disproportionately strong to your triceps. I have the same problem, unfortunately - but it's 300 that's dogging me, not 270.
