  • Do you weigh yourself every day? What are your thoughts on this. How has your eating been with no snacks and all healthy? You don't have to kill yourself working out you know, walking every day for 2 miles at a fairly brisk pace is very doable and SUSTAINABLE that, I think is key

  • @ll42863 I don't weigh myself everyday! I do not know how much I weigh as my batteries in my scale are dead and I am quite happy to leave it as such and hopefully get a good surprise when I do decide to weigh again! My eating is fine! if i crave sweetness i have an organic hot choc with oat milk (far less fat/cals) or dried fruit.

    I reckon you'd be better off with less reps (12 reps is nothing magical) and less assistance to progress better on the chin ups/pull ups. Maybe just enough assistance so that you can get 3 sets of 5.

  • We are trying to have a baby and I have to get my BMI down to 35 before may....I was at 47 BMI but i lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks(wahoo) and now my BMI is 45...but the past 2 days....im not really motivated to workout.....i find that the workout dvd im doing (the biggest loser workout dvd) gets boring and I hate doing it by myself but I have noone to do it with..so do you have any tips pleaseeeee?

  • i have a bad hip its inflamation only starts hurting in the cold weather

  • Good for you for getting yourself back out there girl!! BTW your butt looks amazing!! I'm jealous! Any time you're feeling down about your body just focus on your assets :)

  • I haven't made myself a shake drink in a very very loooonnggggg time :D may try it soon again.. my legs cramp a lot when I run I think its because I don't stretch right

  • those weights are wayyyy too light to be effective, dont be scared of high weights hunny!

  • You should join Fitocracy. Good for workout motivation.

  • a way to stretch your quads is stand straight up, legs together, bring one leg up behind you and grab your ankle keeping your knees together, pull your foot into your butt, and squeeze your butt cheeks together. hold onto something to keep balanced if need be. I hope that helps :)
