The Steeler drive continues (at 2:39 the graphic states that Neil O'Donnell has thrown 27 passes up to this point; a pretty high number for a half for the notoriously conservative offense installed by Bill Cowher and offensive coordinator Ron Erhardt); then at 4:54 Junior Seau (who had already accumulated about 8 or 9 tackles during the first half) is injured after aggravating a pinched nerve that led to his left arm going numb.
The drive ends with longtime Steelers kicker Gary Anderson kicking a field goal with 9 seconds left. Stan Humpries would, after the kickoff, take a knee to make it 10-3 at the intermission.
