listening to how fast the song is I'm guessing either this is the tape the day teddy met grubby or you just put brand new batteries in it. either way they're going absolutely CRAZY!

this song is in the worlds of wonder promo advert which can be seen on here, featuring mother goose mickey and goofy ,
i think the reason they sound garbled maybe be something to do with the tape player , i think its the rubber band to motor that start s to loosen with time,keep these toys operated frequently to keep them happy , both my mother goose sound like this,both my teddys are fine till i use the animation cord then cant get a thing out of grubby

That teddy's moves his mouth a little differently then mine.I have a video of mine.Why does your Teddy Ruxpin's tape player sound weird and garbly.Mine doesn't sound like that.See my video.but cute anyway.Try a tape head cleaner or see whats wrong with him.
