Japanese Seabass
On Sunday afternoon,i went to the market to buy fish to cook for dinner. Look at those fish. Those with some yellow scales are Japanese seabass. They are smaller and cost almost twice as much as the local seabass. The fish here are fresh from the seaport. You can tell by looking at the eyes of the fish. Its clear as if the fish is still alive. i bought a really large seabass and happy with it. That night, i have steam seabass with my family. i love it so much, i feel like buying another fish to cook but i have many saba fish and other fish in the freezer. So i have to finish them first.
