Bea was a legend. Myra a bore, Rita was quite good. Although the last year was more like a young offenders institution than an adult prison.

the show was so dramatic and intense.i remember it came on on tues and thurs nights at its prime.Bea smith(Val Lehman}ruled this show.there were heaps of great scenes of bea turning it on.she is the best standover woman i have ever seen.she is the main reason the show was so successful.Frankie was excellent early on.moira and judy were also top class.

Bea was Prisoner as far as I'm concerned - it wasn't worth watching once she left.
