Where to find naruto ultimate ninja storm dlc (requested)

I got a message earlier from one nrel8, whom can't seem to find the naruto ninja storm dlc. I explained to him how to find it but to no avail, so for the last attempt I made this video. In this video nrel8 hopes, to figure out where he went wrong or if his playstation store is different.
