i was lucky enough to study with fred some years back, and he really is a genius. never met a musician quite like him. take a look at my vids, should be easy enough to spot the influences...

I shit you guys not but this guy is a genius.
I have been privileged to watch Fred on many occasions through City Music in Brum. He inspires me to play so much. And he is a great bloke.
I just hope he gets the recognition he deserves before he has to go to the big jazz cafe in the sky.
