I'm 15 and i was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder 5 months ago, i was prescribed pmeds and take them to this day, but i feel like they dont help, and i've been tested for ADD but didnt screen positive, although every single thing in this video applies to me. literally everything. How could I find out if i was improperly diagnosed

I think everyone has some of these symptoms or has to deal with them throughout their life. This guy just wants to sell you a book...which is just a little better then the drug companies wanting to hook you onto their medication.
