Great video! Thanks for the laugh. Jim does such a great job acting lost and confused I started to wonder if he really was acting. Anyway my guess is that Jim is a Captain (igniters with right hand, mic with left hand?) who has not sat in the right seat for a long time and is also a decent actor. Am I close?

The PIC deliberately tell PNF (FO) to do something to test his ability to prioritize. Looks at his each request was in the middle when Jim was executing the request. It was intentional.
