Estonia, very good job!

@kalev76 Come talk to me once you know your own friggin country's history, Don't reply to my comments when you have no real idea what you're talking about. Being a Russian doesn't instantly install it's history into your brain and make all you say true and valid. You do need to actually research it or you should have at least paid attention at history lessons, or perhaps the history taught in Russia is still full of propaganda? You tell me, I'm actually curious
-
@kalev76 Seriously where do you even get the slightest impression that the Soviet rule was good and that people were taking it in with open arms? Do you even know the slightest about it?
-
@kalev76 And yes I call new factories and jobs as occupation, the factories were run by resources imported from other USSR lands, as Estonia has almost no natural metal resources, not to mention you made us mine phosphorite, which caused huge environmental and public health problems.
And do I have to remind you the tens of thousands of innocents sent to Siberia? Or the hundreds killed at gunpoint for no real reason?- you called it treason, we called it THINKING.
-
@kalev76 And of course the results came back positive to the USSR, because they carried out no poll, what did you expect, USSR to carry out a poll for real? USSR simply said, yeah baltic states are extatic to be under their control. Western countries should have carried it out, results would have been genuine and for that quite different.
Where do you people learn your history from? Old veteran stories who still think that communism is the only way to go? Stop talking crap.
-
@kalev76 Also the reason you might think Estonia was happy with the occupation is because when Stalin, after winning the war, asked from US/UK if they are ok with Baltic states remaining under USSR rule, the western officials stated that if the people are OK with being ruled by USSR then they have nothing against it and told Stalin to carry out a poll asking the citizens if they agree with the new rule.
-
@kalev76 USSR explained their forced occupation by saying that Estonia is incapable of keeping their neutrality, as when the Polish submarine came into Estonian port, our people didn't give them out to USSR/Germany right away and the Polish submarine managed to escape taking 2 Estonian officers on guard duty as prisoners.
-
@RezetRoy Estonia wanted to remain neutral in the war, Stalin said that if Estonia allows Russia to bring their bases in here and give access to the sea then USSR will protect us from possible German attack and will help us keep our independence, our president Päts at the time agreed to those terms, he was a bit naive, as Russia instead of keeping their word, forced occupation on Estonia.
-
@kalev76 LOL Estonia asked to join USSR by itself. And if you call new Factories and jobs as occupy, then OK, USSR occupied u. Good luck in EU. U r moving in right direction for democracy. Don't ask help when u will used by west.

Hahahha... Funny xD
