    Yea, it isn't usually a problem. Probably just mention it to your doc though on your next check-up and in the meantime remember to include foods in your diet that keep your joints lubricated like ones rich in essential fatty acids and magnesium.

  • is it normal for your joints to crack a little without any pain?
