"Alquimia" is a song from the 7-song suite "Sabor y Memoria: A Musical Feast in Seven Courses," by composer and MacDowell Artist Colony Fellow Brian Amador (2009). NEW in 2010, "Sabor" features exquisite food-related photos by Jon Chomitz (http://chomitz.com) Owen Hartford and Rick Grossman, projected on a giant screen above the musicians. The audio track is part of a promotional audio recording of the world premiere concert was taped live on 2/26/10 at the Flint Theater, Flint, MI with the Boston-based Latin band Sol y Canto (http://www.solycanto.com) featuring singer Rosi Amador and guitarist Brian Amador, and special guests Cuarteto Latinoamericano from Mexico - www.cuartetolatinoamericano.com.
