  • Misleading video title that has biased the opinions of some die-hard Sweet fans before they even watched it.

Back in the 80s everybody cringed over 70s clothes & hairstyles. Connelly wasn't "ripped to shreds" by the interviewers. There were no personal slurs. It was purely banter relating to a fashion considered 'dated' by the 80s.

    Wake up sheep.

  • @BigEricHunt Well Well ! Here we have a prime example of self diagnosed Carpet Pilot Syndrome folks ! Baaaah Baaaah ! A big hairy what's his name again ?

  • It don't matter what he was suffering from. These two numpties still belittled him and tried to destroy what little faith he had left in the human race.

  • i think you'll find Brian was suffering from Essential tremor,

  • @ASnowMcG Cheers for the diagnosis Doc. (What a jobsworth)

HE WILL BE CELEBRATED HIS MUSIC WILL BE SING

  • what a twat, I bet he's still a twat and lives in twatville with mrs twat and his two grown up twats

  • And just look at the crap 80's suit the interviewer is wearing. Despite what they said about the seventies, it is eighties fashion that time will most despise. Mick, I hope for your sake you are not still a smug creep

  • who the fuck is mick brown . ooppsss sorry didnt mean to swear but people like this make me feel sick . who is going to remember him , i dont even know the silly git . brians going to live on for ever

  • Mike Brown you sir are a cunt and I hope you end your days quite miserably surrounded by ppl who exude the smugness and piousness you display in this pseudo-interview. Stick to announcing records as interviewing and research are clearly not your forte.

You are no Howard Stern in fact you are not even Howard the duck.

  • @lewisner The interviewer is acting like a superior arsehole, how dare he interview anyone with hisr leg up and slouching back in his seat

The interviewer did not interview. He merely took the soft option of asking Brian to defend himself on a tabloid headline and then seventies fashion.

He did not extract any new or relevant info out of the guy , because the agenda was set to ridicule Brain for a few laughs

He was none the wiser about Brian after the interview- so he did a fucking shit job

  • @BigEricHunt The title is apt. It is quite apparent that fashions are trends - so in years to come you will not like what you once wore.

Everybody in the 80s did not rip the 70s fashion either. I was very aware in the 80s that the fashions change and 80s fashions would eventually be out of vogue.

BC was not responsible for 70s fashion and frankly what is shown are stage costumes. It was just a lazy piece of interviewing to snicker at Brian's expense. Covering up the guy cannot interview.
